Our expertise and talent in this field, has been sought after by many companies, as our track record, bids come in 1st or 2nd.  If the bid was not awarded, the reasons most likely have been, that the costs were undercut, or line items may have been overlooked.   Unfortunately, that only proves to be a waste of time and will come at a cost to the profit margin. Experience has taught us to find and define the architect’s foot notes and fine print that many inexperienced estimators miss.

Once a bid is submitted, if awarded, we will research and seek out the best subcontractors, negotiate rates that are compatible within the budget.

Our software estimating package contains a database of thousands of sub-contractors from various fields obtained from years of experience. When estimating and contracting for the best resources we will submit hundreds of invitations to bid, thus allowing us to choose the most qualified, available and cost-efficient subs for the project.
