Attended U-Conn school of Business. Has worked for major banks such as NatWest, JP Morgan Chase, Bank of America and Sun Trust as a loan officer for 30 years, specializing in jumbo mortgages, construction and renovation loans.


After retiring from banking went to work for husband as assistant project manager in the construction world, and has since been promoted to project manager, after managing several renovation projects and flip house projects.

  • research and order quality materials at affordable prices

  • staying within the job budget while maintaining profitability

  • time management, make sure job line items meet target dates

  • manage change orders

  • prepare look ahead schedules and project reports

  • Hiring and managing sub-contractors

  • Ordering equipment

  • Prepare HUD consultant reports

  • Manage company accounting

  • Maintain consistent communication with clients
